We installed a classic-style motorized louvered roof system in Lexington, Massachusetts, to transform a large patio into a comfortable, stylish retreat. The patio was previously exposed to direct sunlight, making it unbearably hot during summer and nearly unusable in warmer months. The project required several unique customizations, including tailored pack-outs along the system’s perimeter to secure the connection with the home, as well as a precisely measured Azek trim package. These finishing details gave the structure its timeless, classic appearance and ensured it complemented the property perfectly.
