The client needed a louvered roof system for their patio, which offered no relief from the sun. They were looking for a high-quality product paired with top-level service and engineering. To meet these expectations, we installed a custom transitional-style motorized louvered roof system that elevated the space both functionally and aesthetically.
The homeowners wanted a pergola that wouldn’t appear as a simple add-on but instead looked like an integrated, premium feature of their home. Our transitional design achieved that, with custom Azek wrapping around the structure to create a seamless look that perfectly complemented the property’s architecture.
Beyond aesthetics, the system offered advanced functionality, giving the homeowners full control over shade and sunlight. To extend the usability of the patio, we also installed 6000-watt Bromic heaters, allowing the space to be enjoyed comfortably even during colder months.
